The Workout 7 Minute is an exercise that entails (HICT) short for high-intensity circuit training for a full 7 minutes, containing 12 bodyweight exercises.
Each step is executed for approximately 30 secs (depending on your settings) and follow 10 seconds of remainder after each workout. The entire circuit is under 7 minute.
